Batman superfan Darren Wilson has transformed a spare room in his home into a Batcave to hold his £15,000 (NZ$20963) Batman memorabilia collection!

It took Darren a year and a half to transform the room into the perfect tribute to his favourite hero.

Darren, who is a sculptor, says it was a lot of hard work – especially the paper mache which makes the room look like it’s part of a cave.

The transformation only cost Darren around £100 with the use of newspaper collected by his friends. Check out the pics below!
